has anyone tried them… do they work?

hi..so i used to have those metabolife pills with ephedra ( i bought a crap load of them off ebay before they were out) i have ran out of them about 6 months ago and tried other diet pills. i know i know i know i should exersice to keep the weight off but to be honest i work the graveyard shift, so i get off work and go straight to bed and i'm to damm lazy to exersice. for a long time metabolife worked.. it kept the weight off without me having to exercise. but know since i'm off that pill everyones saying im gaining weight fast and i can SOOO notice it. my question is has anyone tried the metabolife pills that have no ephedra in it. i never tried it cause i heard it didnt work so i never bothered to try it.
oh and just so you know, when i was taking the epedra pills i would only take 2 per day. for some reason it made me super shaky and weak. plus i'm anemic so i think it hit me differntly then most people. i dont think my body could handle if i took more then 2. sometimes my heart would beat so hard and fast, i know that was the epedra but gosh that stuff work'd

I'm thinking not, but a buddy of mine insisted that mass ethanol production would be just as bad as current CO2 emmissions with a fossil based fuel diet. I would think the increase in biomass from plant life might factor in, and also that much of the CO2 might be harvested to create optimal growth condition in "plant growth factories" etc…assuming hydroponic media would be used. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like the CO2 consumption of the plants harvested would outweigh the CO2 released during ethanol fermentation.

yep the caps did win but they almost gave it up the 1 time i go for the stars on what i thought was a sure win they loose to my other favorite team the caps since i am a hometown caps fan myself

I'm trying to drop a good 20-30 pounds. I'm pretty tall with a big frame, so it takes some fuel to keep me going through the day. Anybody have some good foods or a diet that'll keep me energetic but help drop some pounds?

These are old… they were made in the 1980's.. I would like to know where I can buy one. I will choose a best answer!

I am trying it out. I was curious to know if it worked for anyone, and what your diet and exercise was like while taking it? (If it did work for you I would like to know how much weight you lost in what amount of time.)
