has anyone tried zylotrim or any other weight loss pill?

please don't say diet and exercise because i have been trying that for 2 years now...and i've lost like 10 pounds in 24 months......at this rate i'll be at my goal weight in like 10 years... need to lose 50 pounds!!!

or anything else that you have tried?

or if any vegeterian person (no eggs either) has los weight i'm willing to try their die for a while. its not the exercise that's my problem.....because i'm willing to exercise and i do like 4-6 times a week....but the problem is my eating habits which r REALLY bad and which i can't seem to control!!!

I have tried relacore, cortislim, and zantrex. None of them worked for me. I need an appetite suppressant.

I eat healthy and exercise, but I need something to boost my metabolism a little more, as it's getting harder to lose weight (comes with age). I went to GNC and between all the different options, the guy recommended Xenadrine Detox. I can't take anything with too much caffeine, so Hydroxycut was out. Has anyone taken Xenadrine Detox? Has it worked for you? What are the most common side effects you experienced? Or, have you tried something else with low caffeine that's worked?

I want to lose at least 5 pounds, but my goal is 10. Any personal experiences.

And does it help you sleep ? :] I drink enough water, but I am thinking about subsituting a glass of water for a cup of green tea at night. Will this make any difference? And why does green tea come up so often in weight loss?

I have just ordered the free trial on-line. I have tried weight-loss pills in the past, but they made me feel so ill and disorientated that I couldn't take them for more than a couple of days. Has anyone had any luck with the pink patch? Any side-effects?

I been taking hydroxycut the recomended dosage everyday (2 caplets, 3 times a day) and have trouble sleeping, and I dont take before going to bed!

If I decided to only take 1 caplet 3 times a day, would it still work?

Either Metabolife or something similar that still has ephedrine in it, I started gaining weight like crazy in the past few months so I went to the Dr. and it turns out it's my thyroid so I'm finally on Synthroid but now I have all this extra weight that I need to shed fast..(Dr. is old fashion) he believes my weight loss will eventually start once my Synthroid kicks in..well I can't wait so long, summers almost here and I'd like to get my body back to it's normal size A.S.A.P. maybe even somewhere I can purchase phentermine from, It's not like I was just swallowing loads of food it was this damn thyroid problem!! i started using xenadrine yesterday ( a dietary supplement that speeds up metabolism and helps lose weight). i do have a sensitivity to caffeine, and there is caffeine in xenadrine pills... the circulation was cut off in my hands last nite. is this normal? because once i took a whole bunch of No-Doz and my mouth went numb and got frozen in one position.
