Ok gilrs and ok guys too..... Im going to buy some pills for dieting tommorrow and want to know what youve had success with. I dont want anytihnng that will make my hyper and then crash. what have you used? any helpw ould be greatly appreciated!ive used ripped fuel,dexatrim with no success.

I know that most OTC diet pills (i.e. Metabolife) are designed to increase resting metabolism, burning more calories and fat. What I’m wondering is if they increase daily calorie expenditure- such as the totals you’ll get from running your BMI and activity level through a website calculator. If so, about how much? Any ideas?
I'm finalizing my weight loss plan and I'm looking for a supplement that will help achieve my goals. I find it incredibly hard to maintain the energy needed to workout. I work out at the gym on my college campus, but by the time I'm done I'm so tired it's hard for me to make the 30 minute drive home. ALso, usually about 10 minutes into my cardio, I'm tired! It takes so much to push myself for another 5! As we all know, 15 minutes of cardio won't do much for effectively burning fatty calories. I'm assuming that many diet supplements generally assist with overally energy to boost the effectiveness of a workout. Any insight would be great! Your personal success stories, websites with ACCURATE reviews (i.e. they didn't get paid to positively review a product) or suggestions would be appreciated!
Also: I've tried Mega-T Green Tea pills and only experienced extreme hyperness (not the kind of energy that will make you work out, just the kind that makes you talk way too much- haha), frequent urination, extreme hunger and eventually indigestion. So.. yeah. Any kind of supplements that follow that sort of ingrediants probably won't work for me.

What do you think of the little pink patch used for losing weight? I'm thinking about getting it to help me lose about 20 pounds. will it stay on when you work and sweat? Cortisol is a stress related hormone. It is part of our fight or flight response, and causes us to dump glucose into our bloodstream which will then make you hungry. So, websites say if you have a lot of belly fat, with a high stress life, Cortisol is to blame. Now there are all these products like Relacore, Cortislim, and Cortidrene on the market. I fit the profile of the ads and commercials. I carry a lot of weight in my stomach, buttocks, and thighs, but no where else. My husband is deployed, my housemate and I don't get along anymore, I had a few friendships deteriorate, and I just had to get a job because the Army screwed us out of money. So, my question is, do these products help, or is it just a scam like most other diet pills? I would really like to hear from people who have tried the products with diet and exercise and get their opinions, but I will listen to anyone who has something intelligent to say. Thank you.
For reference, I use an elliptical trainer 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes and am on a healthy food plan from a nutricionist. I know I am going to have to work for weight loss and a healthy lifestyle, but a little help wouldn't hurt aka a diet supplement.
Hmmm, I guess I should have put more about me in this. I was in an accident when I was younger and got broken pretty badly. I also have a chronic pain disorder. I try and work out as much as I can, but the pain can be overwhelming. My neck, knee, shoulder, and some other joints are severely damaged. Weights and anything impact is out of the question. I have a pool and swim but it is getting cold. I want to join a gym/pool but money is a factor right now and I have a recumbant bike and elliptical trainer at home. I have curbed my eating alot and realized I'm a boredom eater, so I try and stay busy. I haven't ever really tried to lose weight before so I'm deeply researching my options.

I know that as long as a person drinks enough fluids, the body will continuously produce urine. But feces is the elimination of waste from the body, or in other words, the parts of the food you eat that cannot be converted to fuel for the cells. I want to know if there are any foods a person can eat and still have a balanced diet that will not produce solid waste. I know it sounds crazy, but is it possible?
