I am the maid of honor in a wedding this upcoming February, and I ate all through the holidays! My girlfriend gave me a bottle, but I wanted to make sure it worked before I used it.

I get hungry at night a lot and i'm hypoglycemic so im always needing sugar or something to fuel me up.Any suggestion's that won't blow my diet or hard-work I did that day?I know that eating late in general is a big no no.Any help would be great.Thanks guys.

I just wanted to know what other peoples results were and what they thought about the product.

I've been trying to only eat a bowl of Special K cereal for breakfast and lunch and eating something like a chicken breast and veggies for dinner. I am finding myself beyond exhausted and I'm thinking it's because I am not getting enough fuel from this diet, right? I try to work out and do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day but sometimes I feel like I can't even keep my eyes open. What is a good diet for weight loss because I don't think this cereal thing is good at all, besides the money you save...

I have a one year old tabby he has fleas, front line will not work. the only thing that works is cap star, but that only lasts 24 hours. I'm starting to go crazy I cant seen to get rid of them.
