im 160 and usually compete at 141. I gained more than usual due to a layoff from surgery. Should i take those fat burners or do they mess you up and just stick to diet and roadwork?

i wanna know the effects on my body while i am on adderall and start taking hydroxycut. i plan on taking hydroxycut 3 pills. 2 in morning 1 at afternoon. also adderall will be taking sparingly and only half a pill(15mg). i would like medical advice or an article i can read.

I've seen several questions related to this one, but no good answers. I realize that Trimspa and other over the counter diet pills are legal, but will they register on an employee drug screening as a stimulant, and thus require further investigation? Please, no answers regarding the effectiveness or safety of diet pills... I know about them, and this question is merely part of research. I have just started taking these to help supress my appetite and give me energy, and they are working so far. I also exercise with them. And have cut all junk food out. I have 50lbs to lose and it is frustrating, I absolutely cannot do the low carb thing either.Just wanted some advice. Thanks
