I’m 50 pounds overweight and looking for an easy way to get a six-pack. I was thinking about taking a Trimspa tablet with my morning bowl of Cap’n Crunch with whole milk; ordering a Diet Coke instead of regular Coke with my afternoon Big Mac Super Value Meal; then after my usual dinner of fried food, salt, cheese, and buttered bread, I’ll have a cup of green tea while I sit on the couch and watch TV all night munching on a family-size bag of Doritos.
I don’t have time to workout and the gym is over ½ mile away, so I was thinking about buying a sauna belt from an infomercial.
How much weight do you think I’ll lose?

I’m training for the upcoming college track sesson, and I need to lose some weight to get my body fat percentage down. What foods should I stick to. What foods will fuel my running also. Also can someone recommend a sprinting program for the 100 m, 200 m, and 4 x 4

I have a huge problem with snacking….i eat so well during my main meals then I ruin it by snacking on just in between. I find that when I don’t snack i’m either really hungry by the time I have a real meal, or i get grumpy really fast. I excersise and do alot of activities so i know i need to eat something to keep me fueled. is there any tricks that you used to help you stop snakcing bad, and can you recommend some good snacks i can have that wont ruin my diet? Thanks in advance!

Okay so when it comes to losing weight, I basically suck. I’ve tried every diet out there and nothing works. Now I’m trying to try to not diet and just watch my calories and eat healthier. I just started running 40 minutes a day last week but I want to make sure I’m eating enough calories to fuel myself for my runs but still lose weight. I’m about 5′6" and I weigh 150 lbs.

Do you think we should rally for everyone to go a low carbon diet?
Alternative fuels, hybrids, walking, etc.

I went to Burger King in my area and the games that came with the value meal were already over and July is not even over. The service was decent but the burger BK double stacker with bacon was the size of a biscuit. Oh well you can never truly diet enough. Personally, I blame both presidencies the cons for beginning the mess and the libs for adding fuel to the fire. Blaming Bush again I know it suks but its true I notice the decline in condiments during Bush presidency so do not deny if you want others to see the truth.

I am on a diet and I know that food is like fuel for the body but if i eat and a short while later my stomach is growling should i go ahead and eat? I dont want to slow down my metabolism or make my body go into starvation mode i just need to know it i will be effecting my diet and hindering my wieght loss if i eat when my stomach is growling. Is it that my body needs food or not?

I am 6′0", 141 lbs. Whenever I run track at school I lose weight. My family is big on the low-carb diet, so there are not many carbs in our house, which is what i suspect is the reason i lose weight. What single thing, (or a couple of things) could i ask my parents to purchase that would help me to have fuel when i ran, and to not lose weight?
