Does Hydroxycut or Trimspa really work?

does trimspa really work?

i was thinking about trying trimspa but i dont want to buy it and it be a waste of money, i work out and eat healthy just wanted something new to try and lose more weight faster. anyone with advice on this, who have tried it?

one of my friends wants to lose weight fast in the next two months and is planning on doing a "Biggest Loser" plan of exercising 4 to six hours a day. I think its ok as long as she eats enough calories for the amount she works out. She isn't working or studying right now so she has the time to do it.

The thing is, she is planning on only eating between 1500-1600 calories a day. I suggested she might want to think about eating around 2200-2500 calories a day (is that still too low?) to give her the fuel to be able to keep it up.

She is adamant on the 1500-1600calories a day though.

I already know she will not have the energy to keep it up more than a few weeks with her plan .... but can anyone give more insight on how many calories she should be eating?

After the two months of this she will then slow down to working out 1-2 hours a day... she just wants a big boost of weight-loss now and then take it slower later.

thanks!

I want to lose about 10 pounds to get back down to my original weight. How much weight did you lose? And do you like it?

Bread made from wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet and spelt (Ezekiel 4:9) cooked over human excrement where others can see you (Ezekiel 4:12), or cow manure if you haven't eaten any unclean meat (Ezekiel 4:14-15)? To wash that down, you can have .6 litres of water (Ezekiel 4:11).

Here are the passages, to save you some time.
Ezekiel 4 (New International Version)
9 "Take wheat and barley, beans and lentils, millet and spelt; put them in a storage jar and use them to make bread for yourself. You are to eat it during the 390 days you lie on your side.
10 Weigh out twenty shekels (.2 kilograms) of food to eat each day and eat it at set times.
11 Also measure out a sixth of a hin (.6 litres) of water and drink it at set times.
12 Eat the food as you would a barley cake; bake it in the sight of the people, using human excrement for fuel."
13 The LORD said, "In this way the people of Israel will eat defiled food among the nations where I will drive them."
14 Then I said, "Not so, Sovereign LORD! I have never defiled myself. From my youth until now I have never eaten anything found dead or torn by wild animals. No unclean meat has ever entered my mouth."
15 "Very well," he said, "I will let you bake your bread over cow manure instead of human excrement."
WRATH OF THE FIST, that video was my inspiration.

trimspa…?

i just got a couple bottles of trimspa and i was just wondering if anyone thats used it could tell me how much they lost and how long it took.

if you want to tell me not to take diet pills or how to lose weight, please answer someone's question that asks that. i have made up my mind to take the pills, so please dont try to change my mind.

will my grapefruit diet work?

for the next 5 days... this is my menu:
Breakfast: 50cal unleavened bread, 1 grapefruit
Lunch: 50cal unleavened bread, 1 grapefruit
Snack: 50cal unleavened bread, <100 cal worth of fruit (ex: 2 kiwi)
Dinner: 50cal unleavened bread, 1 grapefruit
Total Calorie Intake: is about 650
I will exercise about 30 min/day (approximately 200-250 cal)

would it work? the fruits are on the negative calorie list. the carbs are just to fuel my brain :D

Is trimspa a good diet pill that works?

fuel crisis: would you be more willing to…?

of these two choices:

1.
endorse the re-legalization of the marijuana species which can also be used to make ethanol at a rate 3 times that of corn, as it can be harvested about 3 times per year per corn's once, is much denser per acre, and, unlike corn production, requires neither pesticides nor herbicides

2.
give up some red meat from your diet to use more grain toward ethanol production

I see either of these as an option that has not been expressed at all in the public media arena - unfortunate, as both of these I believe could have profound effects on our current issues without having to get into as much of an "either / or" type argument we now see with the "ethanol will make food costs rise!" argument - which really has no argument with option #1
yes kenny J
that crazy "reefer logic" (to paraphrase answerer #1) of those crazy stoner founding fathers, writing the Constitution of the United States on HEMP

they're obviously a bunch of stoner losers answerer #1 believes so that must be the case

they apparently had their heads deluded by all of that pot smoke to think up something as ludicrous as personal choice and freedom and found and fight for a country based on those principles

shame on them - isn't that right you idiots?
links to "hemp ethanol" can be found by googling "hemp ethanol" >:|
switchgrass is also a good candidate
and both are ridiculously easy to grow compared to corn

also here's a link:

I find it easy to believe that most research on this type of thing is immediately quashed by Big Oil to keep people uninformed like good little subservient Americans

What is the fuel cost of riding a bicycle?

Before you answer zero, consider the following: Riding a bicycle burns calories. Calories come from the foods that one consumes. Food isn't free. How many additional calories would one burn per mile vs sitting in a motor vehicle for the same amount of time? What foods would provide the most calories per dollar spent? Could a person reasonably expect to maintain a level of physical health necessary to efficiently operate a human-powered vehicle on such a diet? What would be the nutritional profile of a diet that would support such an active lifestyle? What would be the cost per calorie for the healthy diet? Would regular exercise affect basal metabolism thereby increasing total caloric needs even when not actively riding? How much money would be needed to purchase one day's worth of the cheapest food to sustainably support a sedentary lifestyle? How much would a single day's supply of optimum diet cost?

Has anyone used Trimspa and if so does it work?
