Im 16, 5'6" and 118 lbs. I'm fed up of hearing this low carb diet!! i try n convince everybody that low carb diets r gona ruin their bodies but no one listens!! i run long distance, about 4-6 miles 5 times a week..i cram...no I STUFF myself with carbs..that lyk fuel for my body...and still i'm skinny...wats with this bogus low carb diet?? if i don't get my daily carbs i feel like a car that's out of operation!!

Trimspa For a Teen?

Im 14, 5"1 and roughly 89 pounds.

how harmful and unhealthy are trimspa diet pills?

im a 24 old guy need to drop about 20 lbs. I quit smoking 6 months ago so i figure I can afford to abuse my body a little bit with these diet pills that ARE actually helping me lose weight. I notice a lack of sleep however which is a bad side effect. Should I be concerned with any other negative effects?

Eating correctly is the first step to losing weight. When it comes to eating, the most important thing you must do is count calories. The more you restrict your calorie intake, the faster you will see results. Excess calories are turned into fat, so eating less of them makes sense. We also burn off calories when we exercise, so the more calories we take in, the more exercise we will need to perform if we want to lose the weight.

But what exercises should I perform? One of the most effective forms of exercise is cardiovascular training. Cardio burns calories fast. What needs to be achieved is a level of exercise that will burn off your daily calorie intake. All training beyond this point would then work at burning off fat stored. Exercises such as aerobics and circuit training are very effective at burning up calories and fat.

Weight training or resistance training if you like, is also very effective at burning calories. As physical exercise goes, they are at opposite ends of the spectrum. The secret behind weight training is that it speeds up your bodies metabolism, which helps the body burn up calories faster. Weight training also tones your muscles and more importantly for men, builds size and shape, so that when you do shed those unwanted pounds, a fit shapely form is waiting to be 'unwrapped'.

Put all of this into a training plan and you are well on your way to losing weight. Remember, restrict your calorie intake and exercise in the gym at least 3 times a week, performing cardiovascular exercises and resistance or weight training and you have the essentials of a successful weight loss program in place.

question on fat burners?

will ripped fuel cut extreme help me lose my man boobs. im 18 5'11'' and 160 lbs and i really only have fat on my chest and stomach. i know i need to diet and excersize and lift which i do. but will ripped fuel help and aid in that especailly with the man boobs.

i only weigh 110 pounds and 17 years old. so does that mean my skin wont sag? maybe that only happens for obese poeple?

Does Trimspa Work??

I have a bottle of Trimspa Ultra and i was wondering if it works. Now, i am going to be on a diet and exercise plan where i will not eat sugar and i will run, swim, jump rope, ect. to burn a minimum of 333 calories which would turn out to be 2000 a week.

So, if i take trimspa will it speed up the weightloss and what happens when i STOP taking it. (I am only planning on taking it for 2 weeks)

Any high-protein meal ideas?

Trying to lose some weight but doing a lot of exercise so still need a lot of fuel. Going to go on a very high protein diet... ideas of different meals would be great.
