1 pound Rutabaga2 teaspoons Almond oil
Cayenne pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
2. Peel the Rutabaga and slice it into thin rounds. Cut each round into quarters.

Hi, ive just visited my local chemist to begin the Lipotrim program, if your from the USA i think its the cambridge diet! (there's a few different ones) Which is 3 milkshakes to day packed with all the vitiams and minerals needed daily!
Im starting it tomorrow i just wounded if any body has done it before and how much did they lose.
i am just doing it as akick startt to my weight lose then imgoingg back on to sensible eating and exercise. I know not toBegin'sg eating back to my old ways as the weight will come back on fast!
