I recently purchased the diet pill Accelis because I heard that they work. I haven't taken diet pills as a way to lose weight and so I am a little uneasy. Has anyone taken these before? And if so, were you satisfied with the results?

Hello,
Here are the reasons why Accelis may not work:
1) it contains 30 mg of ingredient. It’s hard to get significant results with only 30 mg of propietary blend.
2)When analyzing this formula, there are many ingredients that have no effects on weight loss that are included in the product.
3)It contains decaffeinated green tea. When used decaffeinated, you don’t get the results expected with green tea.

Don't take diet pills. They usually are scams. If you're eating unhealthy you should fix that first. Make a plan that gives you three meals a day and a snack in between. (i.e Start with a bowl of cereal [Special K or Something to the effect], then for lunch a salad or a sandwich, and for dinner you should stay away from anything fattening like MC'D. You can make anything you would like, but include some vegetables(ie. peas, carrots,) Next you should work something out where you can get some exercise at least for an hour a day. I get up at 5 AM and usually go for a jog. (Recently on the news they said that walking isn't enough for your body to lose weight), so I would start light running (1/8 mi. 950 steps) first, then gradually increase my distance. After a month you should be able to get a full mile down good. Good Luck.
No. Just because a particular diet pill worked for someone does not mean that it will work for you. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health.Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. They have severe side effects. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html
