I work out for an hour a day and eat about 1500 calories/day....So I am doing my part. I got a bottle for free and was wondering if it is worth trying in addition to my current efforts...

I'm NOT taking any of the drugs. I found them at my grandmothers house. I haven't asked if she is taking them, yet. When I was putting away her dishes I found them in her cupboard, I dont even know if they are hers.....Please dont be rude! Just wondering......

Im not fat. Im 108lbs. I excercise daily and eat very well. But theres a layer of fat that wont leave my stomache and show some muscle tone. I was wondering if you have used a product like this? Id like to temporarily,if it works.
WHY WOULD I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT? IM 108LBS! IF I GO UNDER 105,MY BMI SAYS IM UNDERWEIGHT.
TRIMSPA DOES WORK. I LOST 20LBS IN A FEW MONTHS ON IT. DIDNT SAY I WAS FAT,BUT MY MUSCLE WONT SHINE THROUGH THE FATTY TISSUE COVERING IT.
