I want a kick start to losing weight........... I would love to do lipotrim but i cant afford to, i was wondering if i just drank 3 protein shakes a day would it create the same effect?? Im havin a really hard time losing weight atm, i eat hardly anything, exercise and im still putting on weight, i need something soon as im getting relly depressed, thanks!

Such an embarrassing question but I'm starting the Lipotrim (milkshake) diet on monday and I was wondering if you can swallow semen on it. Way too embarrassed to ask my pharmacist!!
I was just wondering as I read somewhere about semen being a protein, but I suppose, the Lipotrim is based on Ketosis so I'm sure protein isn't gonna harm it!

Also, you haven't met my pharmacist. He's really creepy and doesn't approve of me being on this at all. Haha, thanks guys!

Hi, ive just visited my local chemist to begin the Lipotrim program, if your from the USA i think its the cambridge diet! (there's a few different ones) Which is 3 milkshakes to day packed with all the vitiams and minerals needed daily!
Im starting it tomorrow i just wounded if any body has done it before and how much did they lose.
i am just doing it as akick startt to my weight lose then imgoingg back on to sensible eating and exercise. I know not toBegin'sg eating back to my old ways as the weight will come back on fast!
Just wanted to know if any body has tried it and what did you think of it! i know its not going to be easy : )

would you loose more, less or an equal amount on an all liquid diet such as lipotrim etc as opposed to starving yourslef,im starting either diet tomoro depending on which will have optimum results,

What would happen if i had just two shakes instead of the 3? This would only be for one week and 4 days - then it would be straight back to the usual ammount of 3 a day.

im thinking about going on th lipotrim diet. i am 20 years old, 5ft 7/8ish...12st 4pounds and have a BMI of 26. i heard that lipotrim is good and you loose weight very fast on it . but as soon as you stop it you gain the weight plus more back on. is this true? also i heard it is bad for your heart. is there any long term side effects of this. is it expensive? etc please help info needed

Hello first person who answered my question, i didnt ask what the best way to lose weight was, i asked what the purpose in drinking water was while on lipotrim was.....why do i bother...before i start getting nasty jibes about being fat, im 5' 5" and 81/2 stone, its for my sister...i find sometimes when you go onto this yahoo answers, people try to get smart and cutting so if your not going to answer the question i asked... dont even bother

I work in a chemist and we do a product called Lipotrim. its basically a gloryfied atkins diet as you replace food with protein shakes. it helps you lose weight.
i want to loose some body fat from my stomach to help me tone up. if i replaced all my meals this way what bodily problems would i encounter? i know i would go into ketosis and have ketone (bad) smelling breath.

i would increase water intake to give my kidneys a bit of a rest and take some vitamin and mineral suppliments.

I got pregnant last year and i lost my baby and 3 months ( the doc said he thinks i was four but with my period and all 3)

well i decided to start trying ages ago and i am having no luck.
everyone seems to be getting pregnant round me that and having babys my sister in law just had a baby this evening..... and i wish her the best of luck. but to be honest i am a bit jellous my other sister inlaw is due in a couple of day and then there is another and she is due in OCT and dont get me wrong i do wish them the best of luck and health but there is a tiny bit of me so envious.....

me and my boyfriend BD at all the right times according to fertility friends and my doc said there couldnt be a fertility problem as we previously got preggers.....

i just cry and cry.... i really want to get pregnant but it just doesnt seem to be working........ i have even gone on lipotrim so that i can loose wieght to help........

Hi, Ive been on the Lipotrim diet since Wed, so Im just over day 3. How will I know I am in ketosis, I dont have the ketostix, the testers for ketosis, so is there any other signs that i might notice. I heard bad breath and a headache but are there more?

Had my sone five months ago and have had two normal periods since then. In the last six weeks i have lost three stone on the lipotrim diet and four weeks ago started back on my pill..Microlite. Since i started back on the pill on the first day of my period i was bleeding everyday for 18 days and then for the last eight days spotting and then today i am bleeding like a normal period. Went to the doctor and he said to continue on my pill as normal and then we'll see if it's a reaction to the pill and so on. has this happened to anyone and does it sound normal.

i'm wondering did it work for you?my mother in law did it and a year on she's still looking fabulous, i'd like to go on it but i'm worried maybe it doesnt work for everyone?has anyone else got success stories?
