OK so I workout 6 days a week and I eat anywhere from 1200-1400 healthy Calories a day I've been doing this for 6 months and only lost 5lbs. Now I am thinking of adding the new metabolife to my routine has anyone tried it? and does it help? I have a month left to get into bridesmaid dress and I need to lose 10-15lbs. Oh I am doing Turbo Jam for the workout 30-60 min a day.
Only mature answers please
Thanks in advance
The diet pill is metabolife (ephedra free)
your not understanding the question
i took some diet pills and i have to get drug tested next week
metabolife 356 ez-tablets are diet pill with ephedra .
I used to take metabolife 356 and I have found that it is the only thing that really helped me shed the pounds. I just had a baby and am eager to lose weight before the summer.
I thought I read this in a previous post about Metabolife. Has anybody else who has taken it experienced extreme moodiness??? I have only been taking it for the last 2 days and I am in such a terrible mood! I'm not jittery, or over caffinated, but I notice my bad mood starts shortly after I take it. It is NOT PMS and it is NOT because I am hungry with dieting.
I loved Metabolife and can't find anything comparable to that product.
This morning I took my 37.5 mg pill of phentermine and also took my metabolife. I all of a sudden felt like I did the first day I took the medication. Clear head, EXTREMELY alert etc. I thought I may have accidentaly taken 2 phentermine until I looked on the counter and realized I took a metabolife instead of my vitamin. Anybody know if this is okay or if I should be going into the doc.... I feel just fine just hyper and alert.
