There's a wario block that i cant get to.its in the chief chilly challenge level. its the only wario block there. people say that i need to get the wario cap but when i go into the level there is no wario cap only a mario cap. how do i get to the wario block or where do i find the wario cap?

I have a 1991 2.3 mustang lx. I was wondering if I can add 16 inch 5 star wheels to my car. I have noticed that the 2.3's sit a little lower and might have a different suspension system than the 5.0's. Also, all the pictures of 2.3's ive seen online have the hub cap wheels. im trying to get he star for the flying cap part in the bomb battlefield. i have the correct amount of stars, and all i need to do is look up in the middle of the castle to get access to the fly cap level. only problem is that i dont know which button allows me to look around. i have pressed everything and nothing seems to work. anyone have this similar problem or have a solution?

If so, which team do you think the Clips should trade him to and for what player. Come up with a reasonable trade that either gives the Clippers draft picks and cap or a star, role players, and draft picks. Don't make a crappy lopsided trade that has no chance of happening.
