My best friend is interested in taking trimspa and asked me to find some information about it for her.
I see info about IF they (diet pills) work, but can't find the answer to HOW they work.
Do they suppress your appetite? Do they burn the fat? What is it that they claim to do to your body? Please Help. Thanks.

So I bought a bottle of trimspa X32 and I just got online to look up any side effects, ect.
I found a couple of things that said not to take it if you have diabetes. (I have diabetes type 1)
The only reason I could find for this is that it will increase your bloodsugar levels because you hold onto sugar longer.
Is there anything else that happens with a diabetic taking Trimspa?
If so, is there any way to surpass it?
Please don't give me crap about how vain I am.
I have reduced my calorie intake to 500 calories a day, work out for 30 mins a day and have lost a pound in the past month.
I'm looking for some help.
I only want an answer if you know what your talking about.

I'm a 20 year old girl, 5'3 128 lbs (I recently gained weight... I was about 122). I wanted to lose weight and tried trimspa. Today is my first day. Around an hour ago I started to feel very lightheaded and dizzy (almost like I was going to faint), I felt my self start to flush and I got very shaky. A few minutes after that my heart started beating real fast. It feels like I'm almost going in and out of conciousness. It's starting to stop now... I tried to make myself vomit and have been drinking lots of Water. Is what I'm experiencing a panic attack? My vision is also a little impaired, i'm seeing things blurry. Is this a side effect from trimspa?

I started taking Trimspa almost 2 years ago to lose a few pounds.
It turned out to be a miracle for me in other ways. I have had almost daily migraine headaches since 2003. And, I have chronic fatigue.
Trimspa is the very first med in years that ever prevented or got rid of my headaches. And, it helped me with my fatigue everyday!
So, the Trimspa company no longer exists.
Does anyone know of a supplement/med that is almost exactly the same as Trimspa.
Yes, I realize Trimspa got a bad rap when Anna Nicole Smith died, but it never had any ill effects on me. And, there was no Trimspa in Anna Nicole's body when she passed away.
I have a terrible migraine again, and if you have any ideas - please advise!

In the diet commericals you know how they promise that you will lose 20 pounds. But what does trimspa promise

I bought two bottle of some knock off Trimspa X32 the other day to help me with my diet and fitness routine (and yes, there is a fitness routine, lol, I'm not trying to lazy my way to thin) I was looking it up, Trimspa that is, because it supposedly has every single one of the same ingredients in it (It does), But they've discontinued the real stuff. I don't know if it will work or not, but i'm willing to take it anyway just in case, as long as it's not going to hurt or poison me in any way. A little help is better than none, anyway, right? So will it hurt me? Why'd they discontinue it or whatever? What I bought is called Diet Classics Formula 67, which compares to Trimspa X32.
Oh yeah, and I got 40-50 pounds to lose, so I need all the help I can get. I'm 5' even and 162 pounds.

With all the advertisements for weight loss supplements like Trimspa, Hydroxycut, etc... I'm curious to know more about the positive and negative aspects of using them for weight loss.

A while ago I bought some Trimspa energy, just to see what diet pills were like. When I took a few a day (not the recommended--but then again the recommended is crazy) and felt crappy after a week so I stopped.
I saved the bottle, just because well it was . I am OK with my weight now, I mean I could lose 10 lbs but who couldn't. Very healthy and I go to the gym a good amount. I am a fan of recreational adderall and enjoy getting extra kicks or weird feelings during my normal days, and lately have been taking a TSpa or two throughout the day, since it has (2oo mg I think?) of caffeine in each pill. I figure why not get some more energy for my workouts and just in general.
I probably only need a normal energy pill, not this trimspa energy. Vitamin B is good for energy too, isn't it? Can someone recommend another pill I can use to replace my Tspas? I guess I keep using them because it makes me feel different. Sometimes cracked out, but I like caffeine.
I would basically like to know what happens when I take a pill or two every once in a while, I see it as a few cups of coffee in pill form. What are the other ingredients that may affect me unfavorably (in terms of what I am looking for). And please give me a different supplement suggestion. Thanks
