yes trimspa does work i took it for the first time after seeing anna nicole smith lose her weight when i started out i weight 325lb before i started with in months i lost 125lb leaving me at the weight of 200lb i'm a 24 year old male and i gained 325 after leaving high school but when on trimspa i took the pill watch what ate and work out at the gym 5 time day and that how i got to my goal of 200lb no cheating at all but the only bad thing is if you stop the pill that weight you took off in months maybe even in week you can gain at least 30 pound's depend's on how fast you gain weight back cause i stop the pill and i gained most of all my weight back which i was crushed i really felt good about myself woman notice me and so did my friend's and family

I bought some of them b/c they were on sale...LOL...I was just wondering if anyone has ever taken them, and if they helped you lose weight. There is 200 mg of caffeine in each one, so if they don't work, then I don't want to keep taking them.

I took Slimquick for one month, then Trimspa for two, and now I am trying Hydroxycut. I know that they aren't conidered "safe" by most people, but they have helped me to lose 25 pounds while my husband is in Iraq. I just don't want to gain back any weight, but I don't want to damage my heart either. This was baby weight, that was taking me forever to lose without the help! So, should I quit?

I know it can make your heart race etc. but I'm wanting to know if any problems occured after you discontinued taking it.

......I have a home gym I use...and protein and creatine that I was taking......but before I start up again and build the bulk I want to lose the spare tire....I went from a fast paced job where I moved around alot to a sit down office job and since then(about a year) I went from a 30-32 inch waist to a 38-39 inch waist....

I've seen the commercials and Anna Nicole looks great, but you know she did alot more then just TrimSpa....the hydroxcut commercials seem more realistic

Hi I have tried eveyrhting to shed some pounds, xenadrine gets me sick, anxious and nervous and ofcourse my heart rate increases, pretty scary, it keeps me from eating but I am tired of feeling sick all the time, Does anyone know if TrimSpa works and were would be able to purhcase it, please let me know. TrimSpa worked the best for me, I lost maybe 6 pounds in 2 weeks, its just expensive to keep up.
