I have tried Trimspa Energy and it did not work for me. I’m looking for something that will give me more energy without the jittery shakes. Any good recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Has anyone used Trimspa (or Hydroxycut or any of the other advertised weight loss pills) and does it work? I am 23 years old and only about 15lbs over the weight that I want to be, but I am having a really hard time getting it off. I am very willing to do the diet and excersice alond with the medicine but I was just wondering if it really does any good speeding up the process. And also do you have to order it or can you buy it in stores.

I recently started taking Trim-spa X32 for about a week now… I was wondering if it would be alright if I took a Super Omega-3 EPA/DHA with sesame lignans and olive fruit extract, while taking the trimspa?

I started using TrimSpa a couple of days ago. I’m not overweight, but I have a few extra pounds I’d like to lose. I excercise regularly, but I’ve been having trouble sticking to a sensible diet, so I thought a supplement would help curb my appetite. I chose TrimSpa because it contained the least amount of caffeine (I don’t want to be all jittery, etc.), but I’ve found that taking it the past couple of days I’ve been as hungry, if not more hungry than before. Am I taking the wrong supplement? Has anyone else had similar or different experiences with TrimSpa?

i just resently purchased trimspa x32 i just need to loose like 20 pounds i exersise 4 times a week and drink like 4 water bodles a day 8 oz is it the product good? if it is approximatly how long does it take to start working?

Thanks for the tip. I would personally never take this route but it’s hard to get the facts straight on these pills. There are so many ads for them that it is nearly impossible to sift through the crap and find legitimate opinions.

I am 20 years old, 5’6" and 135lbs. I don’t want to loose too much weight, just 10-15 lbs. I workout everyday, I am a vegitarian, I take vitamins everyday, and I don’t eat glutin. But, I can’t seem to loose any weight, in fact I have been gaining a lot of weight. I am taking Accutane (20mg) and Loestrin 24fe. Is Trimspa safe for me?

I’ve recently been takin Trimspa X32, about 6 tablets per day– And I’ve noticed maybe some more energy, however not much weight loss…

I do go to a gym 4 times a week, It seems like I’m having a difficult time shedding the extra weight!

Can you suggest a weight tablet such as trimspa that might be better for me? I weigh 170 lbs, I am 5’9", and I am a woman( HA )..

On my previous question about Larry King Live last week a lot of people have agreed with me. Besides this is my opinion and Suzie Esche Donner is no better than Monique Goen by posting yourself as a Trimspa finalist….I don’t care and I don’t think anybody does. Trimspa is just another diet pill misleading people to think they will lose weight. Diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight and everybody knows it. Suzie Esche Donner your not that smart. This in regard to my previous question where Suzie Esche Donner replied. What do you think? Would you believe in a diet pill like Trimspa? Or a woman that claims to know Anna Nicole?…yeah right!
