I have just started taking these to help supress my appetite and give me energy, and they are working so far. I also exercise with them. And have cut all junk food out. I have 50lbs to lose and it is frustrating, I absolutely cannot do the low carb thing either.Just wanted some advice. Thanks

I take 2 xenadrine every morning after breakfast. I work out every other day and run about 5 miles on 2 of the days off. After every work out and run I take 5 mg of creatine usually in afternoon. Does whatever xenadrine that is left in my system cancel out the creatine?

What are its negative effects, if there are any?

I just want to know if taking either the efedra free Xenadrine or something silmilar will result in a positive drug test results.

More than 5 or 10 lbs and how long did it take you, did you do it with diet and excercise or jus the pills alone? I diet,excercise and use the pills for an extra boost…please only respons if you have taken it, i dont want to hear "just work out and stop eating" thanks !!!

I exercise regularly. I am simply looking for a good supplement.

I eat healthy and exercise, but I need something to boost my metabolism a little more, as it's getting harder to lose weight (comes with age). I went to GNC and between all the different options, the guy recommended Xenadrine Detox. I can't take anything with too much caffeine, so Hydroxycut was out. Has anyone taken Xenadrine Detox? Has it worked for you? What are the most common side effects you experienced? Or, have you tried something else with low caffeine that's worked?

i started using xenadrine yesterday ( a dietary supplement that speeds up metabolism and helps lose weight). i do have a sensitivity to caffeine, and there is caffeine in xenadrine pills… the circulation was cut off in my hands last nite. is this normal? because once i took a whole bunch of No-Doz and my mouth went numb and got frozen in one position.

i miss them they wouid always give me an enery burst. i'd go out to night clubs and dance non stop for like 4 hours.

I'm thinking about trying xenadrine or hydroxycut after I finish breastfeeding, combined with exercise to assist my body into getting back into shape. It's just a thought, nothing in stone at the moment. Does anyone have experience with either one or know the benefits of one over the other? Your advice is appreciated.
