I am almost 24 and I have been hearing a lot about this Chromax I guess Chromium Picolinate is really good for you, and the one I purchases is regular...



I am almost 24 and I have been hearing a lot about this Chromax I guess Chromium Picolinate is really good for you, and the one I purchases is regular strength and it helps control carb cravings and it fights weight gain and it gives you energy.....I know its safe.... but am I too young?

OH AND I AM ONLY 130LBS, SO I AM NOT OVER WEIGHT BUT I WOULD LIKE TO MANAGE THIS WEIGHT. I LIKE WHERE I AM AT. :) MUAH!
well, if you go on there website they are talking about taking care of your teenage kids and blah blah blah and im like okay i am only in my 20's i have no kids.....but i am always working and very stressed....can i use this? is it okay?? Is this product MADE FOR PEOPLE IN THERE 40's?! Hello?! thats all im saying!! thanks! :)

    the issue isn't age at all. chromax isn't good for you. you're only supposed to have chromium in minimal amounts and chromax give you a tablet full of it

    our dna is really similar to that of a hamster's even though you may not believe it. rodents are really close to us. that's why we always test on rats. don't take chromax
