WHY WOULD I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT? IM 108LBS! IF I GO UNDER 105,MY BMI SAYS IM UNDERWEIGHT.
TRIMSPA DOES WORK. I LOST 20LBS IN A FEW MONTHS ON IT. DIDNT SAY I WAS FAT,BUT MY MUSCLE WONT SHINE THROUGH THE FATTY TISSUE COVERING IT.
Some OTC diet pills do have some benefit with weight loss, especially if they contain herbal ephedrine (ie. bitter orange extract) or herbs that are made primarily from caffeine (ie. one version of Trim-Spa has this)
Relacore claims to help lose belly fat, but there is no evidence of a direct link. It may or may not lower the amount of cortisol in your blood, but we have absolutely NO evidence as to whether this corresponds to the loss of belly fat. The only evidence the company goes by is that stress induces cortisol, and that stress is associated with more belly fat! That is a VERY weak link, and I bet if they had better evidence they would showcase it!!
Cortislim is more reliant in the use of caffeine herbs. They may correspond to some weight loss, but again there is no evidence that it helps with belly fat.
Products with hydroxycitrate (Hydroxycut) CLAIM that they can turn fat into lean muscle. This is been shown ONLY in animal studies. Whether it actually does anything in human remains to be seen.
I hate to say it, but unless buying the OTC diet products will encourage you to improve your diet and exercise routines (which sound very good already.. I'm jealous!!) then I would save the money until we have some better products.
You are already too thin. Belly fat? I doubt it. Not if that's what you really weigh.
Those pills do not work. Not at all. There is no over the counter diet pill that works. They are all attempts to get your money. You can't spot reduce anyway. That's just a joke. Get working on your sit ups if you want to tone your stomach.
