   cortislim is supposed to block or negate the effects of the hormone(cortisol) released by stress. we evolved to release that hormoe to store fat in times of stress(famine).

   most of the time belly fat may not be the result of stress but rather a combination of diet, lack of excercise and genetics. just like some women have a tendency to have larger breasts some people tend to store fat around their mid section.

   im sure it may help shed a pound or two depending on the amount of stress in your life but diet and excercise are infinitely more effective

   nah… but if you're thinking about buying it.. don't! save your money. it most likely does not work and/or has dangerous side effects. just eat right and exercise… i guarantee you that will work. oh, and good luck!
