Cortisol??

Do products like Cortislim and Cortivarin really help reduce stomach fat?? Has anyone tried these products??

It's true that an excess of the hormone cortisol increases fat, usually around the middle. But if you have too much cortisol, that's an indication of a hormone imbalance somewhere or adrenal fatigue, so taking a diet pill isn't the best solution. I think it's better to correct the imbalance so you body can heal itself naturally. In women, lowering cortisol levels means a change in diet, lifestyle, possible hormone replacement, thyroid scans, and time.
They can be very effective for some people.
Their long term safety is questionable.
