A very close friend of mine tried it. Not only did it not work it made her a psycho. She could not handle the least bit of stress at all. She was just going off on people for no reason. It was terrible. I don't know if it would work for you but if you start getting really irritated feeling for no apparent reason I would recommend that you stop taking it right away. It tends to make people very angry.
