No cortislim will not give you the shakes as many "diet" pills will do because Cortislim supposedly works differently – it is not a stimulant or ephedra like substance. Instead, Cortislim claims to level off your cortisol levels. This is the hormone that is stimulated by stress and causes fat to be deposited around your belly area.
stop trying to get around going on a diet. and atkins diet is crap. go on a real diet.
you shouldn't take any thing like that all you have to do go on a healthy diet and do exercise
