Boy do I now how you feel. I just wondered if you were bloated, tired, stressed and pardon for asking.. a little constipated. I was so disappointed that it seemed every diet or exercise would not make my gut go away. I am not kidding when I tell you I have tried them all. Finally, I decided to look at what I was eating and when. I went to a Chinese herbalist (you can just go to your regular Dr if you want – my brother just happens to be in alternative medicine) Turned out, I was not digesting food well and everything was "stopped up" so to speak and making me full and bloated. Sugar made me tired and my job made me stressed (stress hits your tummy). I decided to try food combining and drinking some nettle tea and taking some herbs and vitamins. You can find great books at the book store to help you if you want to do some self help stuff. There is one book I found to be excellent – "You are what you eat" by Gillian McKeith. I was shocked how on target she was with my problems. I will tell you, that at 41, I am the fittest I have ever been and feel the best I have ever felt because of coming to grips with my eating habits. It's hard to change everything about your life, so I started small, maybe you can too. Good luck and no matter what, don't give up on yourself. There is an answer out there for you.
When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

Look at the fat content of everything you eat and try to reduce the fat you are eating. Make sure that you are eating all of the food groups especially fruit and veggies because they naturally fill you up and are low in calories. Keep trying – it takes time.

Do it the healthy way, long-term.
hello. in my case i "graze," i diet which involves eating 5-6 times day in smal quantities, less on the carbs, more on the protein, a modified atkins diet. and in the morning i place my butt at the edge of the bed, then do 30 leg raises. after which i do 30 crunches. the first few months wont show results but it worked for me after doing it religiously (been a year now). it also helps to be generally active. but it will also depend on your metabolism. cheers
Who doesn't have belly fat? I recently purchased one of those body slimmers. Get the one that looks like shorts and goes all the way up to under your breast. They work wonders and actually makes you look skinnier than you really are. I've never looked better in clothes! I got mine from ross, but you can try any department store. I think sears might have them too.
If all else fails they do have those operations I've heard they really work but you cant eat alot after you have it done. But remember weight doesnt just fall off you have to be dedicated, keep your head up!
I went on the adkins diet at the first of the year and I have lost 21 pounds. the very first place i noticed a difference was my stomach area, I have lost 5 inches so far. It is easy to follow and it works add exercise into it and your results will be even better
I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.
Good LUCK!
You should try jogging or running. It will burn lots of calories and you will lose weight all over which will make you feel even better.
