The weight gain happened so gradual over two years that I didn't notice until lately. I am concentrating on 20 lbs at a time and am just starting to watch what I eat.
I just got a puppy and walk him everyday for about 30 minutes for the last three weeks and it has done nothing. I think I need much more exercise. What is suggested for someone who is out of shape? To go balls to the wall, like on the The biggest Loser, or to go gradual with exercise?
Also, do the diet pills really work? I have cortislim and have just started to use it just to see, but are the ones that are better or are they even worth it?
Thanks!
Also, how much time should I allow myself to lose 20 lbs per increment?
2 months sound fair?
Also, I have heard that for my weight and height, a 1840 calorie diet is good to start. I am 230lbs and 5'8". Does this sound about right?
I know it is said over and over again, but the best way to lose weight is to do it gradually. Just remember, it took you 2 years to gain the weight. It isn't realistic to expect it to come off in a short period of time. Walking with your dog for 30 minutes is not really getting you heart pumping. Try jogging or walking fast for more than 30 minutes. Focusing on 20 lbs at a time is fine. Just don't try to lose it quick. Give yourself 2-3 months to lose it. If you lose the weight to quick, your skin isn't able to bounce back. End result is extra skin. Just give it time.
Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved $30 on it at the time. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.
Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
