I tried cortislim, adipex, wellbutrin, phen fen, weight watchers, and jenny craig. I have tried eating almost nothing and walking three miles a day. I think I have the slowest metabolism in the world. My body really wants to be fat but I can't stand it anymore! I have also tried Atkins, eating only lean cuisine, and south beach. Does anyone else out there with a very stubborn body have any medications or supplements to recommend?? Don't say eat less and exercise more, because that alone won't do it - I've tried! By the way, I'm 33, 5 foot 3, and 185lbs. Most of my weight is in the stomach(below my waist) Help!
So when you go on diets, are you losing weight? And then later you gain it all back when you go "off" the diet? Or do you just not lose weight period?
If you lose and gain, then I think you need to abandon the whole diet attitude. Instead adopt a healthy living attitude. Start eating smaller entres, but supplment with bigger sides of fruits, veggies, and dairy. Don't deny yourself, just try and eat a little smarter. Eat less of what's not good for you and more that is good. Definitely start a regular exercise regimen. Eventually, it will come off.
If it's the latter, and you just plain don't lose…..I don't know what to tell you. Investigate Gastric bypass surgery maybe? If nothing else, go see a doctor and tell them that even when you're eating 1500 cals (or whatever) a day and exercising, you don't lose any weight.

get wth a bodybulder, male or female and let them help you, they are huge but they are also a great resource and are usually helpful on better and lesser know fat loss ways.

Water, Water, it works. Drink 16 oz of water before each meal and snack. Stick with Fresh fruits and Veggies. Steamed veggies are OK. For 2 weeks do not eat any beef or chicken or cheese. Just moderate exercise is fine. well I'm trying something new….I bought a rubber suit from walmart and i use it when i walk….And no i have not lost weight but I'm starting 2 loose inch's….also if u do this make 4 sure u keep ur body hydrated

You can eat normaly, but remember to watch what you eat.. don't eat junk food, eat a lot of fish, chicken… a healthy food – lot of proteins (consider taking supplementation from whey), go to 2-3 grams per kg of you body weight, and low you carbs to minimum below 150 grams … it will be hard at the begining but try to do you best. Also eat more fibers to help you digestion.. Avoid fruit (especialy bananas).

This has lots of things. Have you tried an enema to lose 9 pounds in an hour? Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. hey, ive been there, stomach fat is by far the hardest to lose, next to the butt. honestly, i lost mine when i started dating, it pushed me to be more active, you dont need nor should you want to use pills to make you drop the pounds. your better than that. if you still insist, try apple cider vinegar, the liquid form though. it speeds up you metabolism so you burn all the bad carbs. also, im going to tell you the exact opposite of what you said, that is eat whatever you want whenever, all in moderation. its proven if you snack more throughout the day your body will have tons of energy it needs to burn those carbs. also dont eat past 7:00 pm. do this and you wont be let down.
I just learnt recently that each person has different body type, and depending on which body type you are, you digest different food differently. So, you might wish to think about what you eat as well.
Also, trying all the above without support & coaching may be your reason to stubborn weight loss problem. Try getting a coach to work out a plan for you.
I tried everything too! I tried so many things but i have a thyroid problem (the pesky little thing regulates your metabolism and hormones) so even if i starved to death on survivor you would see a chunky girl's dead body in tabloids.

It sounds that you have tried almost anything. When you eat too little your metabolism slows down because your body wants to keep the few calories that you are giving it. I think all the different diets you have tried have really f****d with your metabolism. Maybe the best thing for you would be just to eat normal amounts of food for some months to let your body know that you are not starving it. But eat a healthy balanced diet – 7 servings of fruit and vegetables, some protein and some carbohydrates, and no more than 2000 calories a day.
Also maybe moral support and talking to other people trying to loose weight can help you. I recently found this site http://www.sparkpeople.com for people trying to loose weight in a healthy way (which is eating a little less and exercising). You can sign up and then you can type your food in and see how many calories it is, and add your exercise and see how many calories you loose. Having an understanding of how many calories is in different food is fundamental if you want to loose weight. Also don't look at loosing weight as a diet, but change your life fundamentally to allways eat healthely and include excercise in your daily life.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

You're going too extreme. Run out and purchase the book, "The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution" by Dr. Phil. It's an EXCELLENT book and has really helped me with stubborn weight too! The key is to not diet. Diets don't work becuase they are only a short term solution. You're not going to eat Southbeach or Atkins food only for the rest of your life are you? The key is changing the foods you eat for life. And this doesn't mean you can't have chocolate cake or candy once in a while. In fact, every nutritionist out there recommends that you have 1-2 sweets a week. Never deprive yourself.
Atkins, first of all, is a terrible diet. All protein will kill a person. Studies have proven that it was a terrible idea to begin with. Instead, increase your intake of fruits and veggies. Cut back on salt and limit your soda intake. Pop is a real weight gainer.
Incorporate cardio AND strength training. You don't need to run 3 miles a day…. just sweat for at least 45 minutes a day, 4 days a week. I recommend going to http://www.self.com and clicking on their new "Reach Your Goal." I just did the "lost 8 lbs in a month" and it really worked! I lost 10! It let's you keep a food journal, a workout journal, and gives suggetions on exercises and food recommendations.
Avoid supplements (unless they are good, like vitamins) and avoid dumb weight loss pills. They don't work – none of them do. If they did… no one would be overweight.
And don't NOT EAT. That only slows your metabolism down. Eating 3 (or more mini meals) a day actually INCREASES your matabolism.
