Grilled Chicken & Asparagus

Shake & Bake Turkey Breast
well ALOT of MEAT….milk….egg WHITES….Whole wheat bread…FISH is AWESOME for protein…stay away from pasta and stuff like that.
Remember to get PLENTY of fruits and veggies! Good fats as well such as nuts, oils, avacado, etc…
As far as good protein sources…nuts, cottage cheese, milk, lean meat (chicken, lean steak, lean pork, fish), quinoa, whey or casein protein powder.
Good luck!
Try Quinoa. It is a high protein seed that is cooked like rice and used like a whole grain.
I bought protein powder in chocolate flavor. I add 1 scoop for every 8 oz.
A few bananas
chocolate protein
1 cup low fat or fat free milk
Ice
half cup low fat or fat free yogurt
Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy a yummy shake for snack, breakfast accompanied with more fruit something, dessert.
The smoothie is one of my favorites. I just found a website that has chocolate and peanut butter and other recipes: http://www.criticalbench.com/proteinshakerecipes.htm
Egg whites have protein as does meat. Eat a lot of foods closest to its natural state (ie veggies and fruits!)
Eggs:scrambled,boiled etc.
Chicken/beef stir fry
Cottage cheese contains casien protein which is the slowest to break down thus giving a steady flow of amino acids to recovering muscles for an extended period of time…ideal for pre bedtime (fasting all night will slow progress).
Salmon/haddock
Almonds/walnuts
Eat small meals and healthy snacks every 3-4 hours for optimal physical results. Good luck
Grilled chicken, Tuna, Salmon, Egg whites (Yolk is extremely high in cholesterol- some are good though), Peanut butter, fat free yogurt, Hummus (chick peas), brown rice, black beans and a lean cut of beef (2-4 times a month).
