I’m a vegetarian and I’m looking to get more protein to help fuel my work outs and boost my metabolism. I was looking for something low fat/ low calorie and came across this:

Has anyone heard anything about it? I don’t want to bulk up but I would like to drop 5 pounds, tone up and add some protein nutrients to my diet.
