Can somone give me diet plan? 10 EAY POINTS!!!!!!!!?
I need a diet plan that will help me lose up to 20 pounds THIS MONTH! And an extra 10-20 next month. I need a schedule of what to do and when to do it. These are things I can do:
I can play some volleyball for a little
I can jump rope
I can do jumping jacks
Can some one tell me when I should do these things, and how much I should? And can you tell me what I should eat?And when to eat it? I want to stay healthy and lose weight. And I want to lose as much as I can till the end of July. I can exercise more, but eat healthy so I get the fuel I need, but without all the fats and calories. Thanks!

20 pounds in a month is far too high i think. Set yourself realistic goals, otherwise you will never achieve them which will just make you feel a little depressed. Try and set a target to lose 8 pounds a month instead and you should be fine, just DON’T DRINK YOUR CALORIES!
In the mornings, before you have breakfast, try jumping rope for around 20 minutes. It’s deffinately one of the best cardio workouts for anyone, yet very tiring (make sure you have a bottle of water with you). Then for breakfast, eat oatmeal, or any non-chocolate cerial if you prefer with low fat milk. Eat your meals small, but frequent. Try to eat every 3 hours if you can, remembering not to overeat, and then maybe during the afternoon start your jumping jacks and a few sit ups.
Most important of all, REMEMBER TO TREAT YOURSELF AT LEAST ONE DAY A WEEK. This will stop your cravings taking over.
You can jump rope in the mornings as soon as you wake up; jumping jacks after that and play volleyball in the evenings.

ok well for eating first: this is what i do when i want to lose weight in a pretty short amount of time. I eat normally though out the entire day and then at night I’ll eat one can of soup for dinner around 7 pm and then I don’t eat anything after that.
for working out do all of the listed activities until your heart rate is up. and keep your heart rate up for 30-45 mins a day. You don’t have to do it all at once just maybe start out with 3- 10 min sessions and then work it up to 4 or 5 session. Also you could start going on walks…maybe if you have a dog take it out on a 20 min walk on top of the volleyball, jump rope and jumping jacks. If you get comfortable doing the walk you could kick it up to a jog for like 2 min at a time and just work up from there! Hope this helps! Good Luck! =)
Wake up in the morning
eat a good breakfast something like eggs, or special k.
then stretch before you do any work outs after you stretch maybe go for a jog or do a couple sets up sit ups and push ups, i recommend eating a snack like a piece of fruit and going back to working out, for lunch eat a sand which or drink a fruit shake. if you do plan on going back to working out do some leg workouts like laying down with your legs in air for supper you should eat a nice salad or fish anything not fried or greasy is fine. just change your routine up daily so you don’t get bored and rest in between everything, remember one thing don’t cut off all carbs completely because as soon as you start cutting back allot of it you will gain it back in the end! you want to be healthy not starve
