eat 3,000 calories daily, 3hours of swim, 2 hours of stretch and gym. covers workout and REE?
My question really doesn't matter about nething i do its just that>>> i know that you burn calories while asleep thus you need a certain amount while asleep<< approx (15.3 X weight in kg) + 679>> but you also need calories to fuel your daily work. So should i b eating a diet to cover wut i expend not only during the day but while i sleep 2? i also want to lose weight so im trying to burn even more. ne insight on this would b great! wanna shape up for the new year!

3000 calories daily? jesus christ man if you eat that much it means you must workout minimum 3 daily hours in the gym, and i dont think you burn calories while asleep (it seems that you burn them because while your asleep you cant eat so you cannot gain more calories) … i dunno about you but i`m eating less than 1200 calories /day i workout if i can call that workout at home (pushups,sit ups bla bla) minimum 1 day/week for about 1 hour and i`m fat (i have a b.u.t.t like an elephant and a beer belly like a pregnant chick in her 9th month)
