Hi Ctrumbach! Good for you for looking to learn some healthier habits! That belly fat is stubborn for all of us, so you are not alone. Burning it away is possible, however it will require dedication and patience. When you reach your goal, it will be well worth it!

Your genetics, types of activity, activity frequency, and eating habits are some of the deciding factors of whether you will lose weight or not. Some quick tips to ensure that you do:

Do your cardio first thing upon waking on an empty stomach.
Eat small meals about every 3 hours. Portion sizes should be such that you are ready to eat again about every 3 hours. This will keep certain hormones balanced throughout the day to aid in fat loss and fat prevention.
Meals should be balanced. Meaning: if your meal/snack calorie breakdown is about 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat, then the rest of your meals should consist of the same breakdown. An EXCEPTION is any meal/snack within a few hours of bedtime. This meal/snack should be strictly protein, no carbs and no fats.
Minimize your sugar and saturated fat intake.
Include Resistance Training 3 times a week. The benefits of resistance training are extremely numerous! Fat loss is included.

    Hope this helps!

You just have to do more cardio. Fat must be burned. Stop eating those carbs. You body will burn the fat and use that for energy.

I would try a low calorie or ow fat diet. Dont have to necisarrily get rid of your carbs, or just cut back on them a little bit. Or lipo.

Just keep it up, you're doing fine. Try to stay away from simple carbs ok? Eat right!
Try to stay away from anything that has hydrogenated oil in it. Especially partially hydrogenated.
It took time to put it on, it'll take time to take it off. I can tell you how to do it in 3 months without charging you anything.

I've lost 80lbs in 2 years. I excerise twice a week and feel great! Just cut out the Nasty Whites. Breads, chips, and deserts. Have just a burger, no fries. Drink lots of water.

Massage, more cardio, and less carbs.

Start some weight work to up your resting metabolism. A pound of fat is about 4000 calories. That is ten 400 calorie workouts, IF you eat 400 less calories less than you need every day. Cut out fatty foods.

No Fries or burgers. I get chest pains in my clogged arteries within a day. Don't go there.

The main problem might be that you are sitting down too much. If you have a desk job and you're sitting for eight hours a day, you're going to have trouble losing belly fat. Doesn't matter how much you work out or how few carbs you eat.

Also try eating a lot more fiber and foods with healthy fat.

According to the International Society for Aesthetic Surgery, your best choice is a nominal 2-3 hour procedure called abdominoplasty. The results will impress you and just think, 2 hours! What kind of a gym work out can you think of that could deliver better results?
