Need help with amino acid tablets!?

I have been working out a lot lately and decided to add some amino acid supplements to my diet. I just bought 150 Twin labs Amino Fuel Tablets. Anyone have any tips on when I should take them in relation to workouts? What about off days? (serving size is 4 tablets)

firstly amino acid tablets are a wast of time you will see NO improvements…you get loads of amino acids in hight protien foods like fish and meat…
but if you want to take em well right after your work out and before bed when your muscles repair the most is the best
