pre-workout snack……….?

tomorrow mornin im hittin the gym quite early so i cant eat my normal breakfast(im on a diet)but i do need a really light pre-wokout snack(even a diet juice or somethin)to fuel my workout without the risk of throwing up.Any Suggestions?

An apple w/an egg and toast would be good….diet juices are junk meaning they are just liquid calories that give you no nutrition, fiber or feeling full.
