Hello, i am 14 yr old girl. I am 5' 6 and weigh 180 lbs.
I play for a boys hockey team and have to workout a lot over the summer to build up every single muscle in my body. Now i need to know, what is the Very best fuel i need to do this. In other words, What foods do i need to eat to have enough energy for intense workouts. What are foods that are good for me, easy to burn, and serve as good fuel? Also, I would love it if you told me what foods store fat in your stomache and thighs. (These are foods i have to stay away from)

    I would eat lean beef cheeseburgers(2) with no bread or one slice of bread. Eggs 3 with vegetables or with fruit ,probably alternate which thing you eat with the eggs each day.Chicken breast 6 to 8 ounces with broccoli, brussel sprouts or greenbeanand mushroom casserole.Also protein snack/sport/diet bars with a carb value of 3 grams or less per bar.these are the ones that come in flavors like s'mores, lemon cheesecake, chocolate chip peanut and so on.They have about 190-230 calories.Vanilla yogurt or plain lo-fat yogurt all you want. 1meal each thing and choose 4 to 5 meals a day.Drink calorie free drinks(less than 5 calories per 8 ounces).This is high protein with loads of vitamins perfect for you.These food will not store fat on your stomach or thighs.

    Eat a lot of veggies!!! Eat protein it helps you to build muscles!! Is the best way to creat define muscles. I'm 5' 8" and I'm skinny but I still have my muscles tone because I lift weights and eat protein. Also lift weights it helps too. Well Good luck!

    You should eat fruits, vegetables, low fat meet, low fat dairy products and cereals. You SHOULD NOT EAT: sweets, pizza, fast food, pork, fizzy drinks, crisps… Also, if you want to be healthy you should not drink alcohol drinks, drugs or cigarettes. You should always have breakfast and lunch, but not dinner
