slim quick?

hey im 5'1" and 110ish i wanna lose some weight.. i work out but i really wanna be 100lbs i was but put on some weight.. what diet pills actually...



hey im 5'1" and 110ish i wanna lose some weight.. i work out but i really wanna be 100lbs i was but put on some weight.. what diet pills actually work? ik tried jet fuel but all it did was make me anxious and pee alot =P

    No diet pills work! Diet and work outs do! Eat good and drink some water! Plus you really don’t need to lose weight though!

    Best way to lose weight is exercise lots and eat healthy. Sounds like an after-school special but its true. All those diet pills are just gimmicks and do not help you lose fat, all they really do is screw up your endocrine system and make you retain less water. Exercise will make you feel better mentally, give you more energy and you will see results a lot faster.

    BREAKFAST:OATMEAL
    SNACK:YOGART
    lUNCH:VEGGIE GRILLED BREST
    SNACK:APPLE
    DINNER: LIL SERVING

    THING LIKE THAT
    IDEAS: LOW FAT YOGART, FAT FREE MILK, WHOLE GRAIN BREAD OR ENGLISH MUFFIN, PUDDING,FRUIT AND VEGGIES,SPECIAL K BARS,OATMEAL
