I'm training for the upcoming college track sesson, and I need to lose some weight to get my body fat percentage down. What foods should I stick to. What foods will fuel my running also. Also can someone recommend a sprinting program for the 100 m, 200 m, and 4 x 4

try the water diet that helps not eat but drink water instead(its a lot easier if you add crystal light)and have pasta for dinner the night before the meet.if you need a snack eat a banana
Go to the Runner’s World site below and click on Nutrician and Weight Loss–lots of good information there.
First of all try to consult your coach if your have one.
Cut down on junk food and just train harder. Weight sessions are also good calorie burners.
As for the fuels I can say that you can try some supplements with creatinephosphate and natural foods rich in protein.
I do long distance so can’t give you any advice as to the sprinting programme.
