I have been going to the gym lately, for the past 5 days. I have a good routine down and can already see some small results.
My question is:
how can I burn up the remaining 10 pounds of fat i have as fuel for muscle building?
I'm already taking plenty of WHEY protein, and have a good diet.
thanks.
If you can already see small results after a mere 5 days of training, then you must have a good program. Keep up what you are doing. Be diligent, and continue to train.
Whey protein is an excellent supplement, and probably one of the most important. The most important times to take it are when you wake up, immediately after you workout and right before bed.
If you are concerned with loosing fat, do more aerobic exercises (running, biking) as opposed to anaerobic (lifting weights) – the one thing to remember is fat does not turn into muscle – they are two completely different things.
After about 4 weeks the body will begin to adapt to the workout regimen. Start changing your routine so the body won’t get used to what you’re doing.
For those last few pounds, do a lot of cardio. You probably know that fat doesn’t turn into muscle. And change up your cardio routine as well for maximum affect.
