What is a good diet pill for losing belly fat?
Hello- I am dilligent about my diet and excercise. I eat very healthy, lots of veggies and proteins, and do cardio and weight train 3-4 times a week, and stay active with walks and outdoors activities when i am not at the gym.
My trainer has me eating 50% of my diet in carbs, as I need them for fuel (he says) but I am unable to drop the last 5-10lbs without cutting them out completely! I see the muscle deifinition under the little bit of flab left, but I want to BUST through that flab!!
I am terrified of ALLI (who wants to poop their pants?? I'd rather get fat!) and I want to do it the safe way… Has anyone had a good experience with a diet pill?
No one even seems to have READ my question- I am not looking for diet and excercise tips- I am doing well by them. I wanted to hear from people ONLY if they had advice on DIET PILLS. Keep your opinions on pills to yourself.

Do not take diet pills, they are unhealthy and cause more problems than they solve. If diet pills worked, then why are there so many fat people?
Maybe you're just not able to lose it, some people are unable to lose some fat, but you shouldn't worry that much about it.
Well recently, I read on Yahoo News that Fergie Ferg made a statement that drinking shots of Apple Cider Vinegar helped flatten her tummy. It is worth a try. She said it was actually a tip her trainer gave her. Also, a friend of mine swears by apple cider vinegar. She gives it credit for her 50 lb weight loss. Good Luck!!

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water.
Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day.
Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.
First there are some diet pills that do in fact work. (Very few.) But they will only speed up the process, or make dieting easier. They will not do the work for you, and they will not work unless what you are doing is making you lose weight already.
And I wouldn't touch alli, ever, for any reason. Also I would seriously think about dumping your trainer. Unfortunately most trainers are more salesmen then trainers, and follow some cookie cutter plan that they have everybody do.
It is possible to lose weight eating 50% carbs, but its a lot easier if you (intelligently) drop carbohydrates, and increase protein.
Also getting extremely lean may take a more skilled trainer.
