What is the best diet pill?

Ok gilrs and ok guys too..... Im going to buy some pills for dieting tommorrow and want to know what youve had success with. I dont want anytihnng that will make my hyper and then crash. what have you used? any helpw ould be greatly appreciated!ive used ripped fuel,dexatrim with no success.

You should try taking Xience, i have heard good things about it.
I don't use diet pills myself, because my adderall works as a diet pill lol but I have adhd so yeah I have to take it. It's crazy, I read in a magazine that Adderall is the secret diet pill used by celebrities.
Don't use diet pills. Alot of the chemicals in them are unsafe, and the rest haven't been proven to have any positive effect. You can't lose weight by taking shortcuts like pills.
Xenadrine. You have to go off it every couple of weeks because it loses its effects, but I lose about a pound a day with it.
There is no "magic pill" to *make* you lose weight: the home of gaining weight is your mind. Get out and walk an hour every day, and learn to desire some different foods! It'll be REALLY HARD at first and for a REALLY LONG TIME!!! But take it from an old fart, you need to do it! Want to live a long time? Think, really think, and please oh please I beg of you, think! about how short a year is! Think how hard it is to walk a mile. Lose weight!
Hi. I have recently lost over a hundred pounds and am still losing. I actually take a vitamin called Melatonin. You're body
makes melatonin while it is dark and it helps to keep stress levels down. I take two a night about half an hour before bedtime. By reducing my stress levels and and sleeping better, I have lost steadily over the last 7 months. It's not recognized as a diet pill but I know several others whom have started taking it and it has helped them too. And as it is natural it works with your body not against it. i heard hydroxycut is good but you have to exercise too.
I use Hoodia X57, and it works for me. It's not a super-strong diet pill. It just helps to curb your appetite enough so you can get used to eating the right amount of foods.. without overdoing it.
Permanent weight loss cannot be achieved through pills. You have to make some major lifestyle changes. You need to eat right and get plenty of exercise.
