I'm trying to drop a good 20-30 pounds. I'm pretty tall with a big frame, so it takes some fuel to keep me going through the day. Anybody have some good foods or a diet that'll keep me energetic but help drop some pounds?
Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

My opinion is if you are drinking any sort of beer or non diet pop or sugary drinks like juice just cut that all out of your diet
also avoid any fast food and resturant type food and just make it all at your own house and you can drop weight fast.
