Why am I feeling nauseous after big meals?

Twice now i've been sick to the point of vomiting after a day where I eat a little more than the next.
My diet is heavy in fruits, vegetables, and yogurt.
I've lost a good 20 pounds over the course of 2 months, maybe that may be fueling this illness, any help?

Well if your dieting then your stomach has shrunk and your eating too much each time your eating a meal. Try to slow down and take your time when your eating.
I belive its just because your body is still adjusting to a sudden diet change.
For example, after being on a prolonged fruit diet, and eating a big meal of meat your body wouldnt be adjusted to something like that as you've only had fruit for a while to it would feel awkward and possible make you naseous.
Or you eat more fruit then you usually do after a prolonged amount of a specific serving might make you feel naseous as your stomach would be use to processing less food.
I think it has to do overall like an aquired taste.
If you have been on a diet your stomach might have shrunk a little and its just not used to a larger portions..If I eat a bit more than usual I feel awful like I cannot move…Just stick to small meals and often ..I think if it carries on you should go to see your doctor for some reassurance….
