Im 16, 5'6" and 118 lbs. I'm fed up of hearing this low carb diet!! i try n convince everybody that low carb diets r gona ruin their bodies but no one listens!! i run long distance, about 4-6 miles 5 times a week..i cram...no I STUFF myself with carbs..that lyk fuel for my body...and still i'm skinny...wats with this bogus low carb diet?? if i don't get my daily carbs i feel like a car that's out of operation!!
