Will a bit of fat help me build muscle?

I'm very skinny with body fat percentage of about 4% at 6yrs old. I am underweight and need to put on weight but i am scared of my body fat going up. I train for 30 mins 5 times a week on weights and crunches, and follow a good diet. If i eat more calories, yeah i'll put on weight, but will a little bit of fat help me to bulk up a bit and fuel muscle when it's needed?

yes, but make sure it’s not trans fat
No you don’t need fat only carbohydrates. Fat’s for losers
Right, so you’re 6 years old?
6 YEARS OLD!!!! What the…??????????
Why are you worried about this at 6 yrs old?
Body fat is very important to build up muscle. At 6 years old you shouldn’t be excising for that long and if so don’t push your body to much.
at 6 years old you need to be playing with other kids and not worry about anything
yes a little fat will help u to gain muscle by supplying you with the energy needed in the gym.when you realize that your fat percentage is increased do any cardiovascular exercise to lose this fat…good luck
