I'm a 19yr old female. I'm taking drastic measures for weight loss. I'm eating one apple for breakfast, drinking one meal replacement (usn diet fuel) during the day and one carrot at night. I also take a good multivitamin daily and do one hour of strenuous cardio and power training 5 days a week.
Will this give me results in about three weeks?

about the results– i am not sure if u can get results in 3 weeks..
but definitely in about 6 weeks u will feel better and get some results, but would be great if u do it longer..
well thr main thing is to stay up with the above measures, every day.

You won't loose any weight long term. You're body will end up going into starvation and everything you eat will be stored as fat because your body is so desperate for food!
You will also probably end up passing out/not being able to sleep/being malnourished and generally ill.
Try something a little healthier x
This will help you lose weight BUT don't forget that if you don't put some carbs or fat into your body your body will go into starvation mode and will store fat because it thinks it's your starving yourself. It's protection mechanism you're body does in case you weren't able to eat for some time. Keep on with your exercising. You don't need to eat LESS just eat normally but watch what you eat. Just eat fruits and veggies and get a small amount of protein. It's all about proportions.
Also, if you snack instead of eat meals your metabolism will process better. Just snack on fruits and vegetables throughout the day. I would say have some eggs or something in the morning for protein. Your metabolism is best in the morning.

With one hour of cardio and power training exercises(which is good) you don't need to drastically reduce your food intake. Apple in the morning is good but not enough. To lose weight here's a suggestion:
Eat a healthy breakfast and don’t skip it. Eating a healthy breakfast would jump-start your day, give you energy and can help you eat in moderation at lunch and dinner. A high-fiber, low-fat breakfast may make a major contribution to a total reduced food intake for the day.

Drink lots of water and eat fat burning foods like lemons, oranges, pineapples, grapefruit, limes apples, watermelon, tomatoes, carrot, broccoli, cabbage, celery, oatmeal, raw nuts, etc.
