		<description>well if you drink a lot of water i would say water pills cause that will shed the extra water weight off. My mom takes water pills and they work for her..she&#039;s tried a hoodia pill but the one she tried didn&#039;t really work she likes the water pills more. I say get water pills and try them first since you only want to get rid of a few pounds. i would go more for hoodia pills if water doesn&#039;t work for you.</description>

		<description>u know drinking diet pills for me is not that good u know the best way to lose ur pounds is to regular exercise and dont eat sweet too much and also dont eat rice too much at night and why dont u try the after 6 diet? before 6 u need to eat ur dinner already then after 6 dont eat rice instead crakers and dont drink too much cold beverages. then is u want to lose ur belly try to not breath 8 seconds while shaking ur waist its very effective....</description>
