I am about to start taking Hydroxycut but I want to know if anyone else has used it and had positive effects?
And also, how many times a day should I take it?

It is nothing but snake oil. Exercise, diet, and some prescription meds will do the trick for you, don't waste your money.
No it doesnt work.
yeah it does work a little bit. I used it when I wrestled and while in the Marines…its not a cure all but it helps a bit. Follow the directions on them. Be careful though cause it can be bad for your heart if you have any heart conditions. it pretty much just speeds up your heart rate and helps reduce some of the water weight. The big thing is that you have a healthy diet and work out. Muscle burns more fat ect. so do cardio and lift weights.
It probably doesn't work, none of those pills really work. They say to incorporate diet and exercise with the pills which is what really helps you lose 90% of the weight. The pills may help curb hunger or increase your energy so you workout more but they don't actually make you lose the weight. I've taken Hydroxycut, Relacore and Stackers. I've had more progress now without taking pills and just exercising regularly. Also drink milk and eat yogurt! I am not sure how many pills you are supposed to take, I can't remember.
Good Luck!
I have a few friends that use it but personally I think you could achieve the same results just by exercising and diet which you will have to do anyway while using the product. It wont be a wonder drug that is going to make you look like a super model by sitting on the couch. Follow the directions on the bottle as far as dosage to see how your body reacts and go from there on adjusting the dosage or just discuss with your family doctor which you should do anyway
