I am a 19 year old male, i swim, and am looking to have a ripped body. I work out everyday, but want to lose the excess belly fat, and wondering if hydroxycut is safe? Wondering if any of the side effects will effect my swimming, or what you would reccomend?

  1. Stephanie says:

it just gets rid of water weight, but can also cause unusual cramping because it pulls potassium and magnesium out of your body…. which while your swimming could be bad if you ask me.

If you want to bounce of the walls, take it. You'll also sweat more.

If I were you, I would not take pills to lose weight! Do it the natural way. Pills always have a catch

The only undisputed effective ingrediant is caffeine, so no it will not hurt your swimming. It is the most effective legal stimulant on the market according to Muscle and Fitness, and it works fairly well for weight loss. I prefer not to use caffeine though since the withdrawal sucks.

Well as long as you dont have any of the contradictions on the back I dont see why not. You should always research a prodcut like that to the fullest before taking part and consult a doctor.
