Is it okay to use Hydroxycut as a 16 year old?

I want to know if I can take Hydroxycut, I don't want to use it as a permanent weight loss thing, but apparently I heard that fat stores inside of you and you cant exercise it off..
Can I take Hydroxycut to get it off?

i used hydroxycut and i got so sick. my heart was racing like mad and i couldn't calm down. do not use that.
