Is the Lipotrim diet safe?

im thinking about going on th lipotrim diet. i am 20 years old, 5ft 7/8ish...12st 4pounds and have a BMI of 26. i heard that lipotrim is good and you loose weight very fast on it . but as soon as you stop it you gain the weight plus more back on. is this true? also i heard it is bad for your heart. is there any long term side effects of this. is it expensive? etc please help info needed

I honestly don’t know, but most, about 90% per say diet medications stimulate other bodily functions that indirectly influence weight gain. So when you get off of it, you still have the same appetite and eat as if you haven’t lost any weight, thus causing weight gain.
What I would recommend is an attitude adjustment. You should see a dietitian. At least drop the diet medication idea, I’ve heard from several sources the diet medication has a potency to be dangerous to your health. I would highly suggest otherwise.
